Streaming Support

We provide full-time support staff that can assist you with technical problems affecting your programming via email or telephone. In many cases our dedicated and trained support representatives will solve a problem before you are aware of an issue. We give you the option of allowing our representatives remote access to your encoder so that we can manage the setup and configuration for you.

Technical Training

When you join the ChristianNetcast Network, our engineering staff will offer to conduct a free technical orientation with your station technical staff via WebEx. During this orientation we will answer questions your staff may have regarding setup, implementation, maintenance, and provide a walk-through of our tools and services.

Sales Management Training

To get your sales and new media advertising staff familiar with our services, we will conduct a WebEx orientation specific to their needs. During this orientation, we will go over the types of advertising and sponsorship options that are available and demonstrate the scheduling and reporting features available through our system.
